4th of July weekend was a great success, thanks to John McDermott who coordinated another fun 4th celebration. There were plenty of games and prizes for all the kids. Check out the pics on the Fun Page.

-Raft night is getting bigger with so many different floats and rafts and the kids are having a ball.

-Invite family and friends as guests on Recession Beater Monday's. With $3.00 guest fees ($1.00 > 5pm). It's a great day and evening to introduce friends and neighbors to the swim club. BBQ some burgers on our gas grills and really show off your club as the family fun spot it is.

Let's keep encouraging friends and family to 'come see' our club. We're sure we have a plan that will fit their summer plans.

WELCOME TO THE 2010 SEASON

The Bergenfield Swim Club is a private organization, owned and operated completely by its members, with an elected 12-member Board of Trustees. Day to day operations are overseen by our management team.

Join us for a summer of relaxation in an atmosphere of clean, safe water fun. Right here in Bergenfield is a getaway oasis that rivals or surpasses any public or private swim club in North Jersey. There's always a shady spot for your chair while the kids frolic under the watchful eyes of our Red Cross certified lifeguard staff. Bring your favorite BBQ chow and cook on one of our gas grills. Our mens and ladies bath houses with private shower stalls and baby changing station. And for the little ones six and under we offer a fenced kiddie pool always staffed with one of our life guards. (Although a parent must always be present too). Play a friendly pickup volleyball game on our sand court or shoot hoops on our basketball court. Or perhaps pitch a game of horseshoes in our regulation pit or just play a challenging game of chess. Did I forget the ping pong table and foose ball table. These are just some of the many reasons why you should consider joining the Bergenfield Swim Club.

Location

We are located on Twin Boro Lane just off of Prospect Ave. near the Dumont border. Look for our signs.

Facilities

Our facilities include a 150 foot L-shaped pool, ranging in depth from 3 to 12 feet, two diving boards, a fenced-in kiddie pool, a sand volleyball court, shuffleboard deck, horseshoe pit, and sandbox for the little ones. Our Clubhouse includes private showers and dressing areas, as well as baby changing facilities.

Our picnic area has plenty of clean umbrella tables where your family will enjoy comfortable spacious dining and lunches, Our recently added professional concession stand offers a wide variety of tasty fare and daily specials.

Use our gas BBQ's to charbroil your burgers, hotdogs or steaks. You'll never have to go home to a hot kitchen all summer.

Recreational Activities

As a member of B.S.C. your children will enjoy free swim lessons given by our fully-certified staff. Children ages 5 to 17 may join the Swim Team and/or Dive Team.

The Bergenfield Swim Club is a member of the New Jersey Pool Managers Association and a member of the Upper Bergen Swim League and enjoys friendly competition with five other area pools.

At the end of their season the swim & dive teams are treated to their own party, complete with food, DJ, awards and prizes in special recognition of their efforts during the team season.

For our adult members, join us for an adult night with a live band and BYOB pool party.
